Pfizer Copay One is a support program to aid patients in getting medications they need. Pfizer wanted to provide a simple way for patients to get support. They had a standalone website for the Copay program. Users would be driven here from the brand sites. Users could navigate through to the program they needed by being asked a set of questions, starting with what medication they were prescribed. This created a complex set of questions, which was unnecessary for some based on their medication.
We proposed allowing the users to stay on the brand sites. The proposal included minimizing the form and survey questions to the vital information needed to get a copay card. The files in this examples are part of an implementation guide to help brand teams bring this functionality to their websites.
